The success story started in 1884 with fisheries and hunt. A natual
development for the Company was to move to export of fish and sealskin.
From there the business developed to trade of ship accessories. As early
as 1925 the production of fishoil and fishmeal started. The search for
opportunities and pioneering spirit has taken the Company into new branches
of business, new companies and new countries.
The basic family values of respect and entrepreneurial attitude has contributed to
